Placing an Order
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is free and easy. Simply visit the
Account section and fill in the form under Create Account. All you need is a valid email address and as always your privacy is paramount. Please read our
Policy Policy to learn about the steps we take to protect your personal information.
How do I place an order?
To place an order navigate through the site and add the items you want to purchase to your
Shopping Basket. Once you're ready to place your order, click the Proceed to Checkout button from your
Shopping Basket. The Checkout process will take you through the following steps:
- Welcome - Login or create a new account. If you're already logged in this step is skipped.
- Shipping Address - Enter the domestic shipping address where you want the order sent.
- Shipping Method & Basket Review - Choose your method of shipping and review the items in your basket.
- Payment Details - Enter your payment information and any coupon codes (You will not be charged till after Step 5).
- Place Order - Review your order. To place your order click the Place Order button.
- Thank You - Order confirmation page. Your order has been sent.
I have a coupon, how do I use it?
Coupons are entered during the Checkout process. When entering Payment Details in Step 4 of the Checkout, you will have the opportunity to enter any coupon codes you may have.
How do I know if my order went through?
After placing your order, you will be brought to an order confirmation page informing you that your order has been sent for processing. You will also receive an email confirmation and notices when the order has shipped.
What is the difference between my shopping basket and my wishlist?
Though similar, your shopping basket and wishlist are fundamentally different. Your shopping basket holds products you are looking to purchase in your next order, while your wishlist holds the products you would like to save and order sometime in the future. You can easily move products between your shopping basket and wishlist by clicking the Move button from within the shopping basket or wishlist.
I have a problem with my shopping basket, what should I do?

I want to change an order, how do I go about doing this?
You can only change an order that hasn't already shipped. Please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.
Returning an Order
What is HPN's Return Policy?
We are happy to accept returns on orders placed within the past 30 days for unopened products. Return shipping is free for orders placed within North America.
How do I request a refund?
A refund can be requested directly from our
Account Refund section. Simply click the Refund button on the order you wish to cancel. Once submitted you will receive an email with more information.
Can I perform an exchange?
We would be happy to perform an exchange on any unopened products ordered within the past 30 days. Please
contact us and we would be happy to assist you.
What do I do if I received the wrong item?

Payments and Billing
What are the methods of payment accepted?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express or PayPal.
How is tax calculated?
We are based out of Toronto, Canada and therefore charge 5% GST on all orders. The tax is calculated on the subtotal amount, which includes the total value of the items, the shipping and any discounts.
At what point is my credit card billed?
Your credit card will be billed after clicking the Place Order button in the final step of the Checkout process. Please see the
FAQ How Do I Place an Order.
I am getting a payment authorization failure, what should I do?

How do I get an invoice of a past order?
The
Account Overview section provides detailed information of all your past orders. Click View Recent Orders from within the Account Overview section and then select the specific order that you want more information about.
Shipping and Delivery
What are the details on the Free Shipping offer?
We are proud to offer free shipping on orders over $39 anywere in North America. During the Checkout process, when selecting the method of shipping, simply select Free Expedited Shipping to take advantage of this offer. Depending on your location the free expedited shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days to arrive.
How do I enter my shipping address?
During the Checkout process you will be given the ability to enter your domestic shipping address. Please see the

Do you ship outside of North America?
We do ship outside of North America but, depending on your location, substantial shipping charges may apply. Please contact us for more information.

When will my order ship?
Assuming the products are In Stock, your order will generally ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order.
When will my order arrive?
The amount of time your order will take to arrive depends on the method of shipping chosen. Please see the

How do I enter a shipping address for a condominium or apartment?
You can enter specific address information like the apartment number, suite, unit or floor in the second address line during the Checkout process. Please see the FAQ How Do I Place an Order for more information.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
From within the Account Overview section you will find the tracking number for your package. You should have also received an email notification with the tracking number when the order shipped. Please see the
FAQ What are the shipping methods and rates provided for information about shipping times. If you have any question or concerns please

My order is missing products, what should I do?
If you have any problems with your order, please

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and information about how to track your package. This tracking number can also be found within the Recent Orders section of the Account Overview.
