Today we’re happy to announce the new Customer Service section of hpn.TO. The website is customer.hpn.to and from there you’ll be able to submit, track and manage all help requests related to hpn.TO.
The best part, is that you don’t even have to be at the Customer Service section to submit a request. Just click the Support tab on the left hand side of any page your on, and a window will pop up for you to fill in a request.
To build our new Customer Service section we used an innovative company called Zendesk. Zendesk is built upon the idea that help desk support doesn’t have to be complicated and cumbersome. Companies like Twitter, MSNBC, Scribd, and many more use Zendesk to simplify customer service – and now, so do we.
