Recommended Use

Organic Raspberry Leaf tea is a traditional uterine tonic for difficult and painful menstruation and for use during pregnancy in preparation for childbirth.  Adults: Drink 3-4 cups daily, between meals.

Directions

Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.

Medicinal Ingredients

Each tea bag (1.75g) contains: Organic raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) 1,750 mg.
