Recommended Use

Organic Peppermint is an herbal tea that is traditionally used as a digestive aid.  Adults: 1 cup (2 tea bags) 3 times daily after meals or when experiencing any digestive discomfort.  Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 2 tea bags and steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bags to release the remaining extract.

Duration

May be used up to 2 weeks.

Medicinal Ingredients

Each tea bag (1.5g) contains: Organic peppermint leaf (Mentha x piperita) 1500 mg*.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner if you have gallbladder or bile-duct obstruction, hiatal hernia, and/or acid reflux.

Contraindications

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
