Recommended Use
Organic Golden Ginger is an herbal tea that helps relieve digestive upsets or disturbances including flatulence and spasm indigestion. Adults and children over 12 years: Drink 2 or more cups daily 30 minutes before meals.
Directions
Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
Medicinal Ingredients
Each tea bag (1.5g) contains: organic ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale) 1,125 mg, organic chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita) 375 mg.

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
Contraindications
Do not use if you have an allergy to Asteraceae/Compositae (daisy) family.
