Organic Classic Chamomile is used for the relief of indigestion.

Recommended Use

A Traditional Herbal Medicine as an aid to digestion. Adults and children over 12 years: Drink 1 cup 3 times daily between meals.

Directions

Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 2 tea bags and steep, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.  In acute cases, that last longer than 1 week or periodically reoccur, seek medical advice.

Medicinal Ingredients

Each tea bag (1.3g) contains: organic chamomile flower* (Matricaria recutita) 1,300 mg.

If pregnant or nursing, inform your healthcare practitioner that you are using this product.

Contraindications

Do not use if you have an allergy to Asteraceae / Compositae (daisy) family.
