Breathe Easy is an herbal tea that temporarily relieves congestion from hay fever colds and allergies.
Recommended Dose
Adults and children over 12 years: Drink three cups daily or as needed, inhaling the vapors as you drink.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner before using if you have hypokalemia, or if you are taking any kind of hormonal therapies, diuretics, potassium depleting agents, or MAO inhibitors. Not to be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Do not use if you have inflammatory disorders of the gastrointestinal tract and biliary ducts, impaired kidney or liver functions, high blood pressure or heart disease. Do not use if you have an allergy to Asteraceae/Compositae (daisy) family.

Each tea bag (1.5g) contains: Dry aqueous extract (8:1) of Bi Yan Pian 120 mg (equivalent to 960 mg), organic peppermint leaf (Mentha x piperita) 375 mg, organic licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 300 mg, organic eucalyptus leaf (Eucalyptus globulus) 285 mg, organic bitter fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare) 255 mg, pleurisy root (Asclepias tuberosa) 60 mg.
