They also contain Vitamin C, Vitamin E and beta carotene as well as other vitamins and minerals. Each capsule contains up to 600 mcg of the flavonoids quercetin, isorhamnetin and kaempherol. Flavonoids improve vessel strength and increase cardiovascular and brain circulation as well as improving the immune function.
