- Brewing Instructions: Place tea bag into an 8oz. cup. Steep for 2 to 4 minutes in hot water at 80C or 170F. Add sweetener if desired.

The rich flavor and fragrant aroma of our oolong tea result from an oxidizing action called "ithering". This process is done by tumbling the tea, or otherwise bruising the surface of the leaves.
