Ingredients

Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland in the brain. Once released into the bloodstream, melatonin prepares the body for sleep by decreasing temperature, alertness, and performance. Sleep Tight Melatonin is safe and effective. It has been approved by the Natural Health Products Directorate (NHPD) of Health Canada to improve sleep quality, relieve daytime fatigue associated with jet lag, and ease shift-work transitions.

In rare instances, melatonin supplements may cause headache, transient depression, daytime fatigue, daytime drowsiness, dizziness, reduced alertness, abdominal cramps, or irritability.
