Selenium is a trace mineral that is essential to good health but required in only small amounts by the body. Nature's Harmony Selenium provides 50 mcg of the highly absorbable selenium that is formulated from yeast that has been grown in a selenium-rich media.

Dosage
Take 1 tablet or more daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets.
