Ingredients

Nature's Harmony Premium Triple Fish Oil is a rich source of the omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are found in the fatty meat of cold-water fish. In addition, it contains flax oil, which provides alpha-linolenic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid, and borage oil, an excellent source of gamma linolenic acid. These essential fatty acids are thought to support healthy heart, brain and eye function, and to have an anti-inflammatory effect.

No known toxicity or serious side effects. High doses of omega-3 fatty acids may cause stomach upset and diarrhea. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
