Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 level teaspoon (3.7 g) of powder into at least 8 oz. of juice or water. Take daily with meals. This product must be diluted into a liquid before ingestion. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW Calcium, OsteoBoron, Vitamin D and Zinc.
