Suggested Usage

Shake well.  As a dietary supplement, Adults: Take 4 drops 1 to 5 times daily, Children (4 & up): Take 4 drops once daily.  Take directly or add to your favorite beverage.  Best when taken with a fat-containing meal.  Consider taking this product in combination with NOW Omega-3 Fish Oil and Calcium supplements.
