This proprietary formula has been created using a combination of the water-soluble B vitamins, which work synergistically to enhance energy production and alleviate the effects of stress on the body. It also contains Vitamin B3 in the form of niacinamide to prevent "flushing" of the skin that often occurs when the niacin form of this Vitamin B is used.

The lipotropic factors choline bitartrate and inositol enhance the absorption of the B vitamins and support healthy liver function.

Toxicity, Adverse Reactions and Side Effects: Do not exceed recommended dosage. This product may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, or headaches. Discontinue use and consult a physician if these symptoms persist or worsen. The riboflavin (vitamin B2) in this formula may cause urine to turn a bright yellow colour, but this is not a harmful side effect.
