Valerian Extract (4:1) 50 mg (Valeriana officinalis root) equivalent to 200 mg raw herb; Catnip Extract (5:1) 20 mg (Nepeta cataria plant) equivalent to 100 mg raw herb; Hops Extract (4:1) 25 mg (Humulus lupulus, strobiles) equivalent to 100 mg raw herb; Passion Flower Extract (4:1) 25 mg (Passiflora incarnate flower) equivalent to 100 mg raw herb

Excipients: Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Gelatin.

Restrictions

Drug Interactions: May potentiate the sedative effects of barbiturates, anesthetics, and other central nervous system depressants. Avoid taking this product with muscle relaxants, narcotic pain relievers, anti-depressants, anti-anxiety medications, tranquilizers, prescription sleep medications, and other drugs that induce sleep.

Nutrient Depletions: None known when taken as directed.

Supportive Interactions: Other herbs such as chamomile and melissa/lemon balm may increase the effectiveness of this product as a sleep aid.

Warnings and Precautions: Consult your health practitioner should you: need to exceed dosage; if you are an expecting or nursing mother; have other medical conditions that require use over an extended time period. Avoid alcoholic beverages, do not engage in activities requiring alertness during product use.

Toxicity, Adverse Warnings and Side Effects: Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Although the herbs in this product do not appear to have any serious side effects, extremely large doses may cause dizziness, restlessness, blurred vision, nausea, headache, and morning grogginess.
