Vitamins: Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl) 10 mg (Homocysteine); Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg (Homocysteine); Folic Acid (Folic Acid Trituration) 200 mcg.

Other Nutrients: Coenzyme Q10 10 mg; Policosanol 10 mg; Glucan A (Yeast Beta Glucans) 5 mg; Artichoke (4:1 Extract) 160 mg (HDL support); Flax Seed (Non GMO Flaxseed) 12.5 mg (Triglyceride).

Excipients: Magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, croscarmelose sodium, vegetable stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica.

Restrictions

Drug Interactions: CoQ10 should not be taken with aspirin, clopidogrel, daunorubicin, doxorubicin, blood pressure medications, timolol, blood thinners, such as Warfarin or heparin, fibric acid derivatives, tricyclic antidepressant medications.

Antibiotics, antifungal agents, cancer chemotherapeutic agents have been shown to have some synergistic effects when these substances are used concomitantly with yeast beta glucan.

When taking Omega-3 fatty acids through supplementation, be sure to check with your doctor first, if you are taking a blood thinner such as warfarin or heparin.

Nutrient Depletions: Vitamin B12 and folic acid should not be taken with bile acid sequestrant drugs (Cholestryramine, Colestipol), statin drugs.

Warnings and Precautions: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if taking any prescription medications. Vitamin B12 therapy can mask folic acid deficiency. Consult your physician for diagnosis of pernicious anemia prior to treatment and monitoring blood levels or if you are uncertain whether or not you are taking adequate folate.

Consult a qualified health-care provider if you are taking levodopa, amiodarone, phenytoin or phenobarbital.

Glucan A is contraindicated in those who are hypersensitive to any component of a yeast beta glucan-containing product. Pregnant women and nursing mothers should avoid yeast beta glucan supplementation.

Toxicity, Adverse Warnings and Side Effects: CoQ10 may cause some uncommon and minor side effects, which include: upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea, and itching or rash.
