Drug Interactions: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (statin drugs), anticoagulants, analgesics, antibiotics, and colchicines.

Nutrient Depletions The B vitamins in this formula may be depleted by: cycloserine, isoniazid, ethionamide, hydralazine, penicillamine, immunosuppressants, corticosteroids, estrogen, monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, anti-acne drugs, anti-asthmatic drugs/bronchodilators, anti-hypertensives, anti-pyretics, anti-tuberculosis drugs, anti-ulcer drugs, biguanides, sulfonamides, histamine (H2) blockers, oral contraceptives, salicylates, and proton pump inhibitors. Physical and mental stress can also cause depletion of the B vitamins.

Supportive Drug Interactions The B vitamins provide nutritional support when taking beta-blockers/nitrates and anti-cholinergic drugs.

Toxicity, Adverse Reactions and Side Effects: Do not exceed recommended dosage. This product may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, or headaches. Discontinue use and consult a physician if these symptoms persist or worsen. The riboflavin (vitamin B2) in this formula may cause the urine to turn a bright yellow colour, but this is not a harmful side effect.
