Ingredients Each tablespoon (15 g or 15 mL) contains

MSM (Dimethyl sulfone) 1,500 mg
Glucosamine sulfate (potassium chloride) 555 mg
Arnica flower (Arnica Montana, 1:2-1:5) tincture 900-2,250 mg

Other ingredients

Purified/distilled water, Aloe barbadenis leaf juice, emulsifying wax, caprylic/capric triglyceride, glycerin, Safflower oil, stearic acid, Sweet Almond oil, ceteareth-20, Meadowfoam seed oil, cetyl alcohol, phospholipids (from lecithin), Xantham gum, Vitamin E, Green tea extract, Grapefruit seed extract.

Cautions

Do not use if you are allergic to shellfish or Asteraceae/Compositae. Consult a health care provider if you have diabetes or if symptoms persist beyond 16 weeks. Arnica: Do not use on open wounds or broken skin. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity occurs such as edematous dermatitis and eczema. Do not use if you are pregnant or breasfeeding. 

Dosage

Massage approximately 1 tablespoon (15g or 15 mL) to affected area 3 times daily. For external use only.
