Why use a toner? Healthy skin has an acidic pH, which helps to prevent infection. After cleansing, the skin briefly becomes alkaline, but using a toner quickly balances the pH back to it's beneficial acidic state. Alcohol based toners are too harsh for the skin. Apple cider vinegar is an effective soother and pH balancer.  Use it over your entire body too! Gluten-free. Vegan. Not tested on animals.
