Professional Advice

• Use dental floss daily to complement regular brushing. Use a small brush to pass the floss between the teeth at gum level (brush available in pharmacies).
• A toothbrush with mechanical motion is recommended: Your dentist can recommend a suitable model.
• Brush your teeth gently immediately after eating. Food increases acidity which renders tooth enamel more fragile. The pH balance is normally restored one hour after eating. DRUIDE toothpastes are better than other commercial toothpastes because they are far less acidic, with a pH very close to that of normal saliva.
• Brushing is very important in the morning on waking, to clean teeth and avoid discoloration and wear. A tongue-scraper can be used in the morning, when saliva, causing bad breath, has accumulated.
